Hello! I' m Tori, and I am so glad you're here. My journey in this profession began with my bachelor's degree in psychology, which I earned at University of Mary in 2018. This foundation was further strengthened by my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the same university in 2021.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients facing emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I recognize that seeking help can be a significant step, and I am fully committed to supporting you through this journey.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, and client centered, designed for clients of all ages, children, teenagers, and adults, who are navigating major life challenges or mental health concerns. I uphold the highest standard of care, prioritizing a safe and welcoming environment. I understand that every individual’s journey is unique, and I adapt therapeutic methods to align with your personal needs. I focus on building a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship, providing empathy, validation, encouragement, and unwavering support. My practice utilizes evidence-based approaches, including trauma-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and general psychotherapy.
